NK WEB STUDIO is a one-partner studio. That is not a disclaimer — it is the reason clients stay. Nikos Kordelas designs the site, writes the code, launches it and answers the phone afterwards, so nothing is lost in a handover and nobody has to be briefed twice.

It started in 2016 in Heraklion, building for hotels and shops that wanted something better than a template. Word travelled. The count is now past 150 projects, from a beach bar one-pager to stores moving thousands of orders a month.

Hospitality and e-commerce are where most of those years went. We know what a booking engine has to survive at 2 a.m. in August, and what an ERP sync looks like when it fails on a Saturday. That is not theory here; it is the reason certain decisions get made early.

The build process is now AI-accelerated. Claude Code and ChatGPT handle the research, the scaffolding and the first review pass — the work a junior would otherwise do slowly. The senior judgement stays human, and you get studio output without an agency's overheads.

Support is not a department. When something matters, you call and we answer. That is the whole model, and it is why clients from 2016 are still clients.

How we work

Four steps. No surprises.

  1. 01

    Discover

    A call or a coffee. We learn what the business does, who buys from it and what the site has to achieve. You leave with a written scope, a fixed price and a date.

  2. 02

    Design

    Wireframes first, then full designs for phone and desktop. We iterate together until every screen is right. Nothing gets coded before you have approved it.

  3. 03

    Build

    Clean, fast code on WordPress or a custom stack. Content, integrations, payments, SEO groundwork and performance are part of the build, not line items added later.

  4. 04

    Support

    Launch is the beginning. Updates, backups, monitoring and a direct line, 24/7 for clients on a plan. When you need a change, you talk to the person who built it.
