Who is responsible
This website is operated by Nikos Kordelas (NK WEB STUDIO), Heraklion, Crete, Greece, who is the data controller. For anything to do with your personal data, write to nick.kordelas@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number, project type, budget range and message you enter. Nothing else. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security, and deletes them automatically.
Why, and for how long
Your details are used to reply to you and, if we go ahead together, to prepare a proposal — nothing else. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. If we sign a contract, the associated records are kept for as long as Greek tax and commercial law requires.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered by email over an authenticated connection to the studio's own mailbox at its hosting provider, which acts as a processor. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing, by us or by anyone else.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask at any time to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to it being processed. Email nick.kordelas@gmail.com and you will get an answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
