Using this website
You are welcome to browse, read and share anything on this site. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising.
How we engage
Every project begins with a written scope, a fixed price and a timeline, and those three documents are the agreement. A 40% deposit is due at kickoff and the balance at launch. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it.
Ownership
On final payment, the design, content and custom code produced for your project are yours. Third-party licences — themes, plugins, fonts, stock media — remain subject to their own terms, and we will tell you which ones apply before we use them.
Support
Support plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. Emergency response for a site that is down is included 24/7 for clients on an active plan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute falls to the courts of Heraklion, Crete.
